DJI has surpassed competitors to become the world’s leading brand for innovative aerial photography and easy-to-use drones. Their customers include professional athletes, photographers, filmmakers, and fearless creators around the globe.

The challenge

DJI Telink successfully built a strong brand recognition among Prague locals, but beyond their physical store location, they lacked a wide-reaching presence on social media. Instead of a product-heavy focus on Facebook and Instagram, DJI Telink needed to find creative ways of showcasing their customers. After all, DJI drones enable adventurers to capture their best moments and reach new heights. This story needed to be told on DJI Telink’s Facebook and Instagram accounts.

Driving measurable social media growth

I started to lead DJI Telink’s social strategy in November 2019. Since then, I’ve helped the brand organically grow their Instagram follower count from 700 to over 2500 users. By implementing fun competitions, product giveaways, and partnering with influencers, I successfully developed an engaging content strategy that drives more online purchases. DJI Telink’s social platforms now account for almost 20% of traffic to the e-commerce store. In addition to growing revenue through social media, I also manage paid promotions for the brand’s holiday and summer campaigns.
