Every year, the Escape6 Prague Car Festival draws thousands of spectators to the largest car show in the country. 800+ unique cars are test-driven and exhibited, including some of the world’s newest high-performance sports cars. Featuring American classics, electric vehicles, and powerful race cars, the event brings the Fast and Furious right to your backyard.
Video production for the biggest car show in Czechia
The Escape6 event team needed professional footage of this year’s dazzling event for future promotion and marketing. Their priorities included capturing everything from drifting cars to the special details and capabilities of countless vehicles. The end result had to look just as polished as the event’s most prized sports cars and evoke the same excitement that comes from a joy ride.
Filming the action
I worked with two assistants over four days to shoot various exhibits, elegant cars, and drifting events for Escape6. The shoot involved high-speed moments and driver coordination, which required precise camera movements and stepping directly into the action. While I made sure to capture both the fast-paced racing and fine car details, I also focused on expressing the emotions behind every twist and turn.
